ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT/STORE KEEPER (Lagos)
Job Description (Store)

• Stock Taking , Stock Register Maintain
• Inventory Control
• Storage & Identification
• Able to handle independent store activity
• Organizing and control the flow of products
• Responsible for safety and physical control
• Permits quantity buying
• Identifying and reporting re-order level
Job Description (Account)
• Assist with preparation of the budget
• Establish, maintain and reconcile the general ledger
• Monitor cash reserves and investments and prepare and reconcile bank statements Ensure transactions are properly recorded and data is entered into the system
• Prepare income statements and balance sheets
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Maintain the accounts payable and receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all moneys
• Maintain financial files and records
• Maintenance of Accounts of Expenditure and preparation of monthly Expenditure Statement.
• Maintenance of accounts; Cash Book, Cheque Books, etc
• Input of sales and purchases invoices, cross checking on billing
• Prepare invoices
• Ensure accurate stock records
• Follow up & collection of outstanding Payment
• Handle all credit control related matters (e.g. sending reminder letters, liaising with clients for debt collection, provisioning, etc.)
Required Skills and Competence
• Excellent communication skills and should be comfortable liaising with internal and external customers.
• Keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritize
• Excellent PC Skills - proficient in Excel.
• Should be confident, proactive with high levels of self motivation
• Problem solving experience
• Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, and commitment
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to understand and follow complex oral and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
Experience and Qualification
• B.Sc/HND/ in accounting, accountancy or related fields (ND with good number of years working experience)
• Good knowledge of bookkeeping practices, techniques, and terminology
• Good knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
• Experience in maintaining complex financial records and preparing financial reports accurately
• Experience with an accounting software
• Professional qualification will be an added advantage
• Good knowledge of Stock control

SALES/MARKETING OFFICER (Abuja/North)
Job Description

• Responsible for promoting and selling the company’s products
• Participate in new market research and design.
• Responsible for creating outlets and franchises in the Northern region
• Assist in executing marketing strategies and objectives
• Estimate quantity of product required to fill customer’s needs
• Participate in various sales duties and systems including packages, catalogues, and other sales literature.
• Prepare sales slip and or contract
• Process customer’s orders
• Products requisition from stock room
• Examine defective products/articles returned by customers to determine if refund or replacement should be made
• Maintain sales database including catalogues and customer/prospect files
• Produce regularly scheduled reports from sales database
• Conduct customer surveys to obtain sales information about company’s products
Required Skills and Competence
• First class sales drive - aggressive and passionate selling skills
• Ability to implement a sales plan for the information technology market
• Good knowledge of Northern environment and culture
• Experience of implementing marketing campaigns
• Convincing verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiating skills
• Ability to prioritize, multi-task and work effectively as a team member with minimal supervision
• Ability to network effectively
• Excellent IT Skills (Proficiency with MS office packages)
Experience and Qualification
• A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma in Marketing or any other discipline
• A minimum of one year experience in a sales position within the Northern region
• An additional degree-diploma from a recognised college or university specialising in business, marketing, entertainment, hospitality or tourism will be an added advantage.
• Should be able to make presentation to groups and determine the needs of customers.
• Should be comfortable contacting customers by phone and communicating to customers in writing to get important points across.
